Godelius attended the 2nd Conveyor Belts Congress<\/strong>, organized by Minegroup in Santiago, Chile, on March 12 and 13, where the company was present with its own booth.<\/p>\n

The event brought together industry professionals to discuss engineering, technology, and solutions for conveyor belt systems in mining operations. Throughout the congress, the Godelius team welcomed visitors at its stand, sharing how robotic inspection, automation, and data analytics solutions are improving reliability, safety, and predictive maintenance in material handling systems.<\/p>\n

The congress provided a valuable opportunity for meaningful conversations and the exchange of ideas with industry experts focused on maintenance, asset reliability, and operational efficiency. Discussions highlighted the role of advanced technologies in optimizing conveyor belt performance and reducing unplanned downtime.<\/p>\n

As part of the conference program, Mauricio Ramirez, Senior Data Scientist at Godelius, presented RADAR (Roller Anomaly Detection through Audio Recognition)<\/strong>, a solution that leverages audio analysis and artificial intelligence to detect anomalies in conveyor rollers and anticipate failures before they impact operations.<\/p>\n
