Currently serving as an Attorney in the Environmental Compliance Department of the Nitrate-Iodine Business Unit at SQM, she also holds the role of Alternate Director at Sociedad de Inversiones Cerro 18 Ltda, a controlling entity of Sigdo Koppers. Daniel Falero | Director | Partner of Vixion Consultants    

Daniel is an Agronomist who graduated at the University of the Republic of Uruguay. He completed his master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In his professional career, Daniel has developed projects and advised companies in various sectors: finance, commerce, health, agriculture, among others. He was General Manager of an international company in Santiago de Chile and, later, he moved to Buenos Aires to assume the general direction of Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. Currently, he works as a commercial manager in a pharmaceutical company.

Juan Pablo Aboitiz | Director | General Manager of Sigdo Koppers Group

Juan Pablo graduated as a Mechanical Civil Engineer from the Catholic University and completed a master’s in Business Administration from the same university. Throughout his career, he worked at Siderúrgica Huachipato. He then jumped into family businesses, passing through Compañía Tecno Industrial, Somela, SK Automotriz, where he led negotiations to partner with Bergé, one of the six largest worldwide distribution vehicular groups. In 2007, he assumed the parent company’s general management, where he completed the largest operation in his history when he acquired 100% of the Belgian Magotteaux.

Jaime Vargas | President | President of Incorp Group    

Jaime has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Catholic University of Chile and is a graduate (B.S.) in International Business from Woodbury University (California-USA). He developed his Executive-Managerial career in the United States and Chile, to then dedicate himself to business in the latter country, founding the investment holding Grupo Incorp S.A. in the early 1990s financial company Incofin S.A., in addition to other companies. He is currently the president of Grupo Incorp, Incofin and Incofin Leasing, and Director of Sigdo Koppers S.A., among other companies and organizations.

Fernando graduated as Mechanical Industrial Engineer at the University of the Republic of Uruguay. As a fellow of the British Council, he completed his postgraduate degree in telecommunications systems in Essex, United Kingdom, and has been a university professor of Mathematics for more than a decade, between other positions. Throughout his career, he was Chairman of the Board of ANTEL, the leading telecommunications operator of Uruguay, General Manager of a subsidiary of Newbridge Networks Corporation (based in Ottawa), General Manager of Tecnocom (Nokia Uruguay) and General Manager of C2 Mining Solutions based in Santiago and Lima.
